Thank you so much for booking our latest holiday to Tenerife, we had a wonderful time! Flying from Norwich was a pleasure – no queues and nice surroundings … then on arrival, I know you said our ‘limo’ booked was just a local reference to a luxury car but when we were met on arrival it WAS a stretch limo!! The Abama Hotel was fabulous, the staff were excellent and really helpful, food was great and despite our initial disappointment with the location of our rooms, they took time to show me around and let me chose a better location which was perfect for our family requirements. I highly recommend the Villa rooms which are in a private section of the resort with a much quieter pool area and great pool side service. We enjoyed lovely spa treatments too. We did a day trip to the water park on the island which the boys really enjoyed and the hotel booked local chauffeur taxis for us, all very friendly smart staff. In fact we had such a great time that we will probably return to this hotel again in the future!
