Certainly, we can’t guarantee you’ll see the Northern Lights but we can promise the best chance possible.

If you choose to be based in Tromso itself, Hotel With is ideal for a short break. Situated in the city centre with Tromso Sound on one side and the city’s historic centre on the other. Additionally, close by are the Arctic Botanical Gardens, Mack Brewery, Arctic Cathedral and several restaurants and bars. From here there are many optional safari excursions you can pre-book including Northern Lights hunts, dog sledding, snowmobiles, snow shoeing and overnight camps in the mountains!

Tromso Ice Domes
Seven intricate and newly carved suites nestled in the Tamok Valley. With its astonishing ice art and atmospheric rooms it’s the perfect base from which to chase the Aurora. There many activities here, for example a snowshoe hike, dogsledding or snowmobiling. After that, on return to the domes, it’s time to bunk down in your ice suite, complete with sleeping bag and reindeer skins to keep out the chill. The Ice Domes are open from mid December to end March.
