Day 1 - Arrive into Entebbe airport, transfer to your guest house for overnight. This will be a small boutique style guest house in the leafy suburbs of the city with an open air terrace and restaurant. Entebbe x 1 night
Day 2 - Head southwest to Lake Mburo National Park, passing the Equator on the way. Stop at the Igongo Cultural Centre for lunch then arrive at the park in the afternoon. Late afternoon game drive then dinner at your lodge, which is set on a pretty outcrop on the edge of the park offering great sunset views. Lake Mburo x 1 night
Day 3 - Early morning safari walk then after breakfast head back on the road to Bwindi Forest National Park, home to the endangered Mountain Gorillas. Bwindi Forest x 2 nights
Day 4 - Gorilla Tracking. Have a read of our page dedicated to gorilla trekking for details. If you prefer not to do this activity you can have a guided forest walk or explore the local surroundings on a Buhoma Village walk.
Day 5 - Departing early you now hear to another tropical rainforest at Kibale. The long day's drive will take you via Queen Elizabeth National Park where you can try to see the 'tree climbing' lions and enjoy a picnic in the park. Your lodge here is in the heart of the forest, all rooms are en suite and have a veranda from where you can bird watch and listen to the sounds of the forest. Kibale Forest x 2 nights
Day 6 - Chimp tracking in Kibale Forest. Guided nature walk and afternoon Bigodi Village community walk. Visit a primary school, traditional homesteads and learn about the farming in the region.
Day 7 - A leisurely drive back to Kampala today and you will be taken to Entebbe airport for your onward arrangements.

We can offer this tour on a private basis from £3,195 per person low season for two travelling together.
High Season = January - March, June - October and December. Low season = April, May and November.
This is a land only price, we will include international flights and any other accommodation or tours you may request at the time of quoting.
Price includes: Airport transfers, ground transport in 4WD safari vehicle with English speaking driver/guide; accommodation based on sharing a twin/double room; all meals except dinners in Entebbe; bottled water in safari vehicle; entrance fees and ranger fees in national parks; activities and excursions mentioned above; permit for chimp tracking in Kibale; Flying Doctors Insurance.
Excludes: International flights; visas ($50 available on arrival); Gorilla permit, Bwindi forest walk, drinks, tips. (Gorilla permits are currently US$750 Uganda).
