Business Travel

Bespoke business travel arrangements worldwide.

As an ex PA myself, I understand the pressures of Business Travel particularly to far flung parts of the globe! As an independent travel agency we have access to thousands of flights, bedbanks and concierge services worldwide.  If you need airport lounges, taxis or hire cars, give us a call.

Incentive and corporate group travel can often take you to different continents and there are some fabulous golf resorts, luxury spas and world class hotels that I can arrange for you and your colleagues. The Middle East is a massive business hub with excellent airlines, superb hotels and services, particularly Dubai, Qatar and Oman – why not extend your stay and take a look around the country while you are there?

City hotels around the world can be booked for you from a huge range of choice and if you want stop overs on long haul travel, let me book a few sightseeing tours for you as well – places like Singapore, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur have plenty going on, so step outside the boardroom for a taste of exotic city life!

Some long haul carriers now have amazing facilities on board, check out the Emirates ‘double decker’ airbuses for full on first class treatment with your own bedroom suite, spa and shower facilities and a cocktail bar. As an agent for Virgin Atlantic we can book your upper class seats, concierge services and excellent airport lounges in advance of travel and they are extending their worldwide network all the time.

Trans Atlantic flights for business travel is a busy market, ask us to search for the best flights for you if you are heading to New York or other cities in the USA, why not extend your time and explore a little while you are out there? Car hire and city tours and excursions are easily arranged. If Asia is your regular business travel route, why not take your family and add on some holiday time in China, Thailand, Malaysia or Japan?

We have helped a few business travellers recently to tack on some wildlife tours to their travels in Central Africa.  Long being a busy destination for business travellers, places like the Congo, Brazzaville, Central African Republic & Cameroon attract regular business travellers who never stray from the city! With the tourism surrounding Lowland Gorillas and other national parks opening up in these countries, let me put together a few days (or longer if you can spare the time!) for you to enjoy the countryside before you head home. As an Africa specialist I can help with all kinds of travel around my favourite continent, why not add on a safari to that conference in Cape Town or Johannesburg?

If you are looking for a conference hotel in a tropical location, a luxury sailing boat or a private ski chalet for a group, look no further! Outdoor pursuits sometimes feature in corporate challenges and as a lover of adventure travel and an ex tour leader myself, I can find something to suit all levels of participants and activities. So whether it’s a mountain biking challenge or a team bonding paddle down the Amazon, get in touch and I can find the right destinations for your corporate group!

So next time you are struggling to get to that conference down under and tie in a few days of ‘holiday’ or trying to find something for your spouse to do while you sit in the boardroom, ask your PA to get in touch with us and we can take the stress out of your business travel plans!

As always you did everything to such a high standard (We wouldn't expect anything else from you though!!) Where in the world can you visit a zen garden in the morning and meet with the head resident priest for a chat, see a very large cat being walked on a collar and lead through the bamboo groves and see the craziness of a robot cabaret........... that would be Japan!!!! A massive thank you to Jules and Mags for yet another fabulously arranged holiday. If you're thinking of going to Japan then book with Travel with Jules, the organisation is excellent, the information you receive is comprehensive and very detailed, you can't go wrong.

Thank you again for your help in organising our Easter family holiday to the Al Waha Shangri-La - the early check in and requests for facilities in the room for our baby worked perfectly! The VIP meet and greet at the airport on arrival took the stress out of arriving in the heat with 3 children and highly recommend it!

Great time had by both of us, lots to see and find interesting, some bits not as good as others but none bad! Enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere at Tanjong Jara and meeting Chef Ann!! Great holiday, good memories, and thank you as ever for arranging it and for rapid responses to my emails even whilst travelling. Here's to the next one!

Another amazing family holiday - thank you so much! Al Aqah Beach Resort was gorgeous, couldn't do enough for us and the food was really good, being able to dine around on the all inclusive you booked for us was a real bonus. We loved our upgraded apartment and the facilities and would highly recommend this hotel, we may well return!

One of the things I have come to love about you, Jules, is that you listen and take on board what makes me tick, and then tailor the holiday to fit me, not just try to convince me to fit a holiday in a brochure!
