We can create the perfect Indo-China holiday for you, whether you want to cycle through the paddy fields, float through villages and markets, stay on a Junk in Halong Bay or soak up the culture and fabulous food in Ho Chi Minh City, there is something for everyone in Vietnam. Contact us on 01728 748209, use live chat or send an enquiry.

One of the hottest topics on the long haul travel market Vietnam now has regular direct flights from the UK and new eco and luxury lodges popping up, making it the ideal place to explore and enjoy new cultures, whether you want adventure or relaxing, there is something here for everyone.  It’s also great value for money!

A long, thin country stretching along the coast from China down to the Gulf of Thailand, with Laos and Cambodia to it’s inland side, Vietnam is a vibrant, modern thinking country, now thankfully leaving behind it’s turbulent past. The capital of Hanoi is a great place to explore on foot and has plenty of green parks and lovely lakes with shaded boulevards. The Old Quarter is a bustling, packed area of markets and local life. Take a trip on a Sampan to the ‘Halong Bay on Land’ the Tam Coc River – fascinating geology, limestone Karst Mountains and charming grottoes.

Halong Bay is beautiful and the views of peaceful waters, secluded beaches and spectacular limestone formations and rock arches will take your breath away. This is a World Heritage Site and you can stay overnight on a traditional ‘junk‘ boat. The bay has more than 1000 limestone karsts and islands dotted along 120 km of coastline.

Vietnam - spring rolls

Visit Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) for a view of the past with it’s museums and historical sites, it’s also the base for the Mekong Delta which is Vietnam’s most prolific agricultural region.  The waters here are filled with boats, sampans and floating markets.  You can travel by river up the Mekong into Cambodia.  Visitors to the Cu Chi Tunnels can crawl underground through the 250km from Ho Chi Minh City to the Cambodian border. If you have plenty of time journey inland and meet the hill tribes around Sapa and Dalat. Vietnamese food was one of the first fusion cuisines in the world, due to influences by Americans, Chinese, French and Russian. Try your hand a local cookery class – this is some of the healthiest food in the world. If you would like to sample the varied food of Vietnam book this tailor made ‘foodie’ tour to enjoy authentic home stay cooking and street food alongside top class restaurants!

Vietnam, having such a long coastline, offers some of South-east Asia’s best beaches.  There is everything here from luxury to rustic backpacker. One of the hidden gems on the coast is Phu Quoc Island, off the beaten track with beautiful long beaches, found south of Saigon. Vietnam’s beaches are amongst the best in the world overlooking the offshore islands and coral reefs of the South China Sea.

There are numerous adventure small group tours around Vietnam, or you could opt for a tailor made itinerary if you have a specific interest or want to do your own thing. The Vietnamese love to cycle, so you can travel easily by bike here! With all the river systems around Vietnam, this provides an ideal mode of transport. Traditional cruise ships and Junks offer a Vietnam holiday with a difference, ask me about travelling by water in this fascinating country.

Even if you just want an exotic beach holiday or something different for a special event or honeymoon, head for Vietnam, you’ll love it!

Communication was always very clear and we always had a quick response. We were very pleased with the service we received from Travel With Jules. The Ha Long Bay Bassac boat cruise was brilliant, the crew on board were a fantastic group and did everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We would definitely recommend your services to our friends.

Thank you for our tailor made holiday to Cambodia and Vietnam (with Dubai stop over). You listened to what we wanted and made the changes to our itinerary as requested. The ground agents were fantastic, the guides were always on time and everything was organised very efficiently. There were many fantastic sights and experiences. Halong Bay was a particular favourite of mine.

The team at the hotel were warm, friendly and keen to ensure that everything I wanted was catered for...You also have the option of cruising around the local markets and enjoying talking with locals, or jumping on a bicycle and hitting the beach or going further afield. Sounds busy and it is, but in the best possible way!! And as ever, thanks to Julie's seamless organisation, all I had to do is turn up with passport and sunglasses :)

One of the things I have come to love about you, Jules, is that you listen and take on board what makes me tick, and then tailor the holiday to fit me, not just try to convince me to fit a holiday in a brochure!
